4) All of the products, we sell at Fashion Counter are brand new; we don’t carry used, damaged, or sampled products, of any kind, what-so ever on our website. All of products/items are examined before being shipped out in order to ensure, you receive a complete product of high quality that is free of flaws and/or defects.
5) Please note that due to different computer screens, dimensions & resolutions, some colors might slightly look different than they actually are. However, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible.
6) Not all dresses come readily as a “perfect fit”, even if you buy it in a store, most dresses need alterations for that “perfect fit.”
7) Measuring Instructions for Dresses:
Please make sure that you have measured yourself & are picking the right size before purchasing your dress.
a. Bust: Not the same as a bra size. Measure around the fullest part of your bust and back, pull snugly. Don’t forget to compensate for bras/undergarments you may intend on wearing under the dress.
b. Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, usually 2” above your belly button.
c. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 8” below your belly button.
8) The outfit ordered online by our customers is individually made in accordance with measurements provided and sizes they have chosen . So we expect our customers to support Fashion Counter’s NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
9) If ordered outfit has been shipped from Fashion Counter office and has been delayed by the reasons other than fashioncounter control directly for eg. Held at the customs, natural disasters or transport strikes etc the customer has to accept the order.
10) After you place an order, allow a few business days for us to process the order (pending credit card). If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or phone. When your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Please allow 12-25 working days (depending upon the product) (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) for deliveries unless the delivery date is not specified at the time of purchase. We will not held responsible if the order is delayed due to unforeseen natural calamities and reasons out of our control. We do not stock in bulk, therefore each outfit is unique and customized. We promptly provide refunds for items that are not available.
11) Fashion Counter has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable taxes. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fashion Counter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracny of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Fashion Counter shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
12) If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
13) Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will either inform you by Mail or we will contact you by Phone. We will refund the full money if you have paid for the item or exchange for some other product, as per your wish and instructions.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us . We exchange products only if the product received by you is defective or damaged. You must contact [email protected] before returning the item to let us know why you are returning your purchase and then we will see into the matter how any defective piece could have been shipped to you. You will get our reply within 24 hours. Before shipping the product, we thoroughly check and inspect the item for any fault and we send good quality products only and in excellent form.
Please send the package within 7 days in good original packing within 7 days of receiving the item, we will We will thoroughly check the item for any damaged However, buyer will pay the returned shipping. .
if there are some defects in the product, under these circumstances, we will give you full refund or exchange the product within 15 days of receiving it.

The product must be returned in original condition with returned goods marked on the packaging for custom clearance. If the product got stuck in custom clearance then you will bear the cost.
Important Notice
Any returned item will remain your responsibility until it is received by the Fashion Counter, we suggest you use a secure delivery method and please retain proof of postage. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement if the product has been water damaged or damaged by you the customer. For full refund will be made only after checking the product thoroughly and if we suspect that the product sent was not defective when we sent it and then in that case we will not refund any money. For new, unworn clothing, shoes, and accessories you may specify that worn items or items with the tags removed (if they were sold with tags) can't be returned.
Before shipping the product, we thoroughly check and inspect the item for any fault and we send good quality products only and in excellent form.
17) Payment
We except payment through only PayPal, since it is the most easy and safer method of accepting payment and customer’s payment details are safe with PayPal.
The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in U.S.Currency ($), however we also accept payments in US dollar (USD), British pound (GBP), Australian dollar (AUD), Indian Rupees (INR) and Euros (€), conversion will be done by the payment processing company . The option for making payments in currency other than USD are given at the time of completing your order.
We also accept payment through money order, personnel check, wire transfer bank transfer.
18) Shipping
We usually send the item out within 2 – 3 business days, after payment has been received, Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturdays too. Sometimes, you can receive the package quickly within 14 to 20 business days, but sometimes it may take about 30 business days to arrive. May be because of a public holiday or delay in customs office or at your country’s post office.
Hope you can understand. If you want us to send you the shipment by standard courier service, please let us know they take about 7-10 business days to deliver your package at your given address.
We ship the packages from Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India) post office.
Please make sure your address is correct at the time of making payment. Customers will be responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information during checkout. Please double check before finalizing the checkout process. We will not cover lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Please provide your telephone number as well, so that the post office can contact you when your item arrives ,or the item will be sent back to us. We will not be able to resend the item in that case so please make sure to provide your contact number.
